Awesome family stay!
The location was super convenient, right near everything we wanted to see. The room was spacious with a nice double queen setup, and the kids loved the pool area, despite it being a bit chilly. The in-room breakfast was a nice touch, perfect for mornings. Just wish the bathroom stuff was set up for more than two guests.

great location but room for improvement
The facilities were visually stunning, and the outdoor spaces provided a lovely escape. The staff was exceptionally attentive, making us feel welcomed and valued during our entire stay.
The Premier Water View Room, while spacious, could benefit from updated furnishings.

missingWrote a review on Aug 08great locationoutdoor spaceuncomfortable beds
Loved the location. it's conveniently within walking distance of major sights and good food options, especially the lively Wharf area nearby. The Deluxe Balcony One Bedroom Suite provided a nice outdoor space, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.
The comfort of the beds didn't live up to expectations, leading to restless nights. The light switches were confusing at best—one worked, while the other left me in the dark. Noise issues disrupted my sleep, and despite complaints, it felt like security didn't have a handle on it. Had to replace the room key several times because it kept locking me out. Even though I extended my stay, the check-in process became a hassle with too many trips to the lobby.

Had a marvellous stay in a spacious one-bedroom suite—plenty of room for twirling around in sheer delight! Just a short cab ride from the airport, perfect for my high-class shenanigans.
But darling, the spa was all booked up, like a popular club on a Saturday night! Serious back pain from the bed's drama—one side was like a trampoline!
